This class is for the serious aspirant of the spiritual path, striving to become a vehicle of healing light and power, to help free self and others from the bondage of negative energy holds. Much of this class will focus on self-healing to assist spiritual advancement. During these eight weeks Adriene will instruct you in intensive spiritual practices to:

• Reach and identify new spiritual frequencies to assist spontaneous healing and spiritual empowerment.
• Release old-form programming from the cells and help the physical body open and adjust to the spiritual changes taking place at energetic levels.
• Continue to clear the energy bodies of all interference and blockages holding you in a stuck place.
• Increase your awareness and understanding of the true spiritual journey as it evolves within you.
