BEGINNING CHRISTA HEALING METHOD & SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT

This class is designed to build the basic foundation for the practice of the Christa Healing Method and give you the tools and knowledge to effectively use this healing method on yourself as well as others. The Christa Healing Method is a unique and powerful form of healing that clears the energy bodies of blocks and interferences that prevent you from successfully shifting to a state of health, empowerment and spiritual achievement. This course will also include basic instruction for building a strong foundation for your spiritual growth process and understanding your energy system. During this eight week course you will learn to progressively evolve your energy system to enhance and strengthen your spiritual connection and assist you in reaching and utilizing powerful spiritual-healing energies, while building personal protection and holding your boundaries. The practice of meditation is essential for opening your spiritual channels and accessing the strength, wisdom and God-connection, that makes one a dynamic and productive being. You will learn profound, yet simple meditation techniques; using breath, mantras and sacred sounds to help you awaken your intuition and your innate healing abilities while getting in touch with your own blocks. Adriene will guide you through the process of opening, cleansing and balancing your energy centers, (chakras), and connecting to all aspects of spirit, including your High Self and Spirit Guides. "Hands-on" instruction will accompany each class to help you build the skills to successfully use the Christa Healing Method on yourself and others.
