Christa Healing Method
Beginning Level

This unique and powerful healing method effectively clears distortions, blocks and interferences that prevent you from successfully shifting to a state of health, empowerment and well being. This class is designed to build the basic foundation for the practice of the Christa Healing Method. You will learn how to use this healing method on yourself, your loved ones and your clients. During each session the group will participate in a “hands-on” Christa Healing carried out on a volunteer from class, during which everyone receives healing and purification of their energy bodies. During class you will learn to:

• Align with your High Self and Spiritual Guides
• Build personal protection and hold boundaries
• Properly repeat and use the mantras used in the healing experience
• Attune to the energy bodies and identify the appropriate energies to be released
• Sever cordings and remove other people’s energies
• Remove impressions from past and present life traumas
• Identify and release aspects that work against the healing process
