The practice of meditation is essential for opening your spiritual channels and accessing the strength, wisdom and God-connection, that makes one a dynamic and productive being. This course will include basic instruction for building a strong foundation for your spiritual growth process and understanding your energy system. You will learn profound, yet simple methods of meditation using breath, mantras and sacred sounds to guide you through the process of opening, cleansing and balancing your energy centers, (chakras), and connecting to your Soul, Higher Self and with God. Through your efforts in meditation you will:
Increase your awareness and concentration.
Become more centered and dynamic.
Awaken your intuition.
Become aware of your hidden blocks.

This seminar is for those who have studied the Christa Healing Method with Adriene or a certified Christa Healer/Teacher in the past and want to further your knowledge and evolve your skills. If you've never studied the Christa Healing Method but have some developed healing abilities you are welcome to attend since we will group participants according to skill level for the "hands on" healing sessions It's time for a tune-up! This is a wonderful opportunity to receive healing for youself to assist you in aligning with the new energies now available to us.
We will focus on:
- Expanding your channels to be able to bring through more spiritual/healing energy.
- Strengthening your energy system and enhancing your alignment and connection to the realms of spirit needed to work with powerful healing energies.
- Attuning to new levels of spiritual/healing energy for shifting, activating and reprogramming all parts of self, including the physical body.
- Sharpening your ability to "read energy" and work as a Team with your Guides to effectively direct a healing session.
