Keith Winter - spiritual healerI began my spiritual quest quite accidentally while attending school in Daytona Beach Florida in 1980. While browsing through a flea market looking for something to read I picked up a book on Yoga. As I began to read the book I realized that I was receiving answers to questions that I’d been contemplating for a long time. In the back of the book was a twelve week course including asanas, meditation and diet. In no time at all I began to feel the calming effects of the yoga practices and I knew then that this was something that I would carry on for the rest of my life.

After I completed my schooling I returned to my home in Minnesota and was committed to finding a yoga teacher. Little did I know how the one phone call I made would guide my spiritual quest during the next 25 years. The phone call I made was to Adriene Wentworth, founder of the Yoga Way Center. Thus began my serious spiritual journey. I’ve been a student of Adriene’s since 1981, studying yoga, bodywork and vegetarian cooking with her in the early days and then expanding into healing as Adriene continued to bring forward her gifts and abilities.

In 1985 I was truly blessed to meet and study with one of Adriene’s spiritual masters, Sant Keshevadas, the singing saint. Santaji constantly sang the holy names of God and blessed everyone in his presence with the Shakti that flowed through him. Santiji left his body in 1998 and I miss him dearly, but the power of the mantras that he taught us lives on and enables us to help many people.

Throughout the years I continued my studies with Adriene participating in everything she continued to bring forward, the Christa Healing Method, the Energy Attunements and classes and workshop to enhance my own spiritual growth. I was fortunate enough to be among the first wave of souls to receive the Christa Energy Attunement in 1994.

In 1997 as the wheel of fate turned and the cycle of karmas changed, Adriene moved back to Minnesota and after years of a teacher-student relationship we connected on a very personal level. My studies of healing intensified and I became a practitioner of the Christa Healing Method and facilitator of the Christa and AnaMata Attunement processes. In 1999 Adriene and I moved to Colorado, where we reside today and continue our spiritual missions together.
