Beginning Meditation & Spiritual Development
The practice of meditation is essential for opening your spiritual channels and accessing the strength, wisdom and God-connection, that makes one a dynamic and productive being. This course will include basic instruction for building a strong foundation for your spiritual growth process and understanding your energy system. You will learn profound, yet simple methods of meditation using breath, mantras and sacred sounds to guide you through the process of opening, cleansing and balancing your energy centers, (chakras), and connecting to your Soul, Higher Self and with God. This attunement process is more complicated than the 1st level Christa Energy Attunement®, but greatly rewarding to those who are serious about their spiritual development and the activation of their spiritual power and potential.
Requirements: You must have received the Level One & the Level Two Christa Energy Attunements® and have taken the Level One Christa Energy Atunement® Teachers Training.
